No meeting 12/14

Due to the fact that the middle school has no school, there will be no Lego Club today! We will not meet again until Tuesday, January 4th. In the meantime, please see Mrs. Juhasz if you are interested in ordering a Brickmaster t-shirt. The cost is $5.

Hello Brickmasters!


Great job today!  We accomplished quite a lot...and had fun, too!  Today's winning theme was "free build", so the Brickmasters got right down to building and came up with some pretty awesome ideas.  Check out the slideshow to see what they built!  Also, we voted on the t-shirt logos and came up with a great design.  Will, our high school Brickmaster, turned the design into a super professional-looking logo....thanks, Will!  Check it out on the right-hand side of the page.  We are hoping to get these printed in the next few weeks so we can start wearing them on Tuesdays for our meetings.  


There is no theme for next week to vote on....the HS Brickmasters will share what we are doing for next week's meeting when we meet.  It should be fun!  Trust me!  We will meet next week, but there will be no meeting on Tuesday, December 21st.

Lego Club Meeting #2

Hello Brickmasters!


What a great meeting today!  We had even more students today than we did last week....including a lot of new faces.  It was a tie between "Military/Battles" and "Buildings/Architecture" as our themes, so it was up to the students to decide what they wanted to create.  Check out the slideshow from this week's meeting to see what kind of creations they came up with....they are pretty awesome!  We also worked on some logo ideas for t-shirts.  We will be voting on them next week.  If you didn't have a chance to submit your design idea, be sure to bring it next week.  It would be great if we could get shirts for our club!

Lego Club - First Meeting

We had our first meeting today and I think it is safe to say that our club is a hit! We had nearly 40 students attend our first meeting. Today was a "free build", so the Brickmasters were able to build anything they wanted. We are planning on meeting again next Tuesday, November 30th in Mrs. Juhasz's room (D200).

We are thinking of having a theme for our construction next week. Transportation? Military? Architecture? What do you think? Or would you like another week of "free building"? Take our poll on the right side of the page and let us know what your vote is.
